It could be argued that the Chinese contemporary art movement is following the trajectory of Sendada's ideas.
Sen Dada says "Contemporary art is not in galleries and museums, but in the streets. So the only way out for contemporary art is to completely resist and subvert it."
Sen Dada defines action art as "active action" and "inactive action". He said: "Active behavior is when an artist completes a piece of behavioral art; non-active behavior is when an artist completes a piece of work "unconsciously" with the help of external factors.
Sen Dada is an anti-totalitarian art machine; wherever he goes, he is always looking for problems, elevating the nature of the problems, thus intensifying the conflicts and achieving a social feeling. At the same time, Sen Dada does not consider the confrontation between contemporary art and society as a "political" act. He adds that "in the context of totalitarian authoritarianism, when you recognize that totalitarian authoritarianism is legitimate, it is a political act. When you think totalitarian authoritarianism is illegitimate, it creates an artistic act."
Sen Dada's "Art of Resistance" is the result of a reverse breeding of his totalitarian machine. He says: "For an age of cultural fragmentation, when our spirit finds no refuge, hesitation, depression, repression, weirdness, rebellion, even disgust and violent psychology give rise to new art."
